Variant management:
Support for sizes and colors as variants in Shopware, including variant article numbers and different prices.
Article stocks:
Synchronization of article stocks at variant and size level.
Item properties:
Transfer of standard and additional item properties such as color and material.
Category mapping:
Flexible categorization through a mixture of product group numbers and iSHOP categories, customizable on request.
Multilingualism:

Payment and shipping methods:
Flexible mapping of payment and shipping methods to HIS IDs.
Order data:
Export of all order details including customer data, delivery and invoice addresses and order time.
Adjustable export conditions:
A set of rules decides which orders are transferred to HIS (e.g. only paid orders etc.)

Status XML files:
Processing and updating of order statuses in Shopware based on HIS status XML files.
Tracking number:
Transfer of the tracking number from the HIS, available in the order and sent to the customer via the SW Flowbuilder.
Order and shipping status:
Adjustment of the order status in Shopware, e.g. "Fully delivered" or "Partially delivered".
returns process:
Adjustment of the order status and creation of returns in Shopware for returns from the HIS.
Deliveries:
Creation of a delivery in the Shopware backend with tracking number and shipping details.
Automatic refunds:
Automatic refunds can (optionally) be processed via our interface.

High performance
Our solution can process large volumes of data efficiently. We currently support up to 10,000 main articles (approx. 100,000 variants) and up to 100,000 orders per day.
Secure API communication
Communication takes place via the Shopware Admin API and is secured by SFTP to the HIS system. This ensures secure and efficient data transfer.

Which systems is the middleware compatible with?
Our flexible middleware solution is currently compatible with all versions of HIS:WIN and HIS::ASP, as well as Shopware 6.5 and Shopware 6.6. We are currently working on full support for HIS ERP / BITS (Brandt Retail Group), which is expected to be ready in December 2024.
How long does the provision and integration take?
Experience has shown that the integration phase takes around 2-5 weeks (depending on the size of the store). During this process, you will be closely supported by our experts and all desired adjustments will be made.
