Load time is not a technical detail – it is a conversion lever. The numbers are clear:
conversion for every 100 ms of additional load time

higher bounce rate with 2 seconds more load time
Source: Akamai
more conversion per 0.1 s faster load time (retail)

of mobile users leave if a page takes longer than 3 s to load

Google rates the real user experience via three metrics – an official ranking factor since 2021. These are the official "good" thresholds (75th percentile):
Largest Contentful Paint
When the largest visible content has loaded – the decisive "feel" of loading speed.
Good threshold
Interaction to Next Paint
How quickly the shop responds to clicks and input. It replaced FID in March 2024.
Good threshold
Cumulative Layout Shift
How much the layout shifts while loading – a measure of visual stability.

We look beyond the PageSpeed score – Shopware-deep into every layer that slows your shop down.
TTFB, PHP-FPM, NGINX and MySQL/MariaDB tuning. On request, we talk to your host directly.
HTTP cache, clean cache warmup and invalidation, Varnish reverse proxy and Redis for sessions & app cache.
Performance of category, search and filter pages – even with 10,000+ products and complex filters.
Image optimization (WebP/AVIF), lazy loading, critical CSS, JS/CSS minification and third-party scripts.
We find the performance killers among your plugins – including patches and vendor contact for third-party extensions.
Slow queries, missing indexes and misconfigured settings that quietly eat time in the background.
We check, based on data, whether a CDN really pays off for your shop – and set it up if it does.
Included: outdated & vulnerable plugins (known CVEs), security headers, SSL/TLS configuration, exposed endpoints and hardening gaps.
No black box – a document you (or we) can act on immediately.
Measurements, Core Web Vitals and findings per template – home, category, product and checkout.
Every measure rated by impact and effort, with clearly marked quick wins.
Realistic performance targets and a roadmap for how to reach them.
We walk through the report together and answer all your questions – in plain language.
We measure your shop under real load and dissect hosting, caching, plugins, frontend, database and security.

Our Deep Performance Analysis currently costs €899 instead of the regular €1,499 (plus VAT). It includes the complete technical analysis, a detailed PDF report, a prioritized action list, a basic security review and a personal results call.
The subsequent implementation is offered as an individual quote based on the analysis – so you only pay for what is actually needed.
As a guideline, the largest visible content (LCP) should appear in under 2.5 seconds, interaction latency (INP) should stay below 200 milliseconds and the layout should barely shift (CLS under 0.1). These three Core Web Vitals have been an official Google ranking factor since 2021.
Well-optimized Shopware shops serve category and product pages in under 200 ms on the server – the basis for fast load times even under load.
The most common causes are: missing or misconfigured caching (no Varnish/Redis), missing Elasticsearch integration for large catalogs, too many or poorly written plugins, unoptimized images, weak or misconfigured hosting and missing asset optimization in the frontend.
In the analysis we measure exactly which of these factors costs you how much time – instead of guessing.
Yes. In the plugin audit we identify the performance killers among your plugins. Where possible, we patch them directly. For third-party plugins we contact the vendor and drive a clean solution – instead of leaving you alone with the problem.
That depends on your traffic, your audience geography and your current setup. A CDN mainly speeds up the delivery of images and static assets – but does not always bring a noticeable advantage. We assess this based on data as part of the analysis and only set up a CDN if it pays off for you.
We usually deliver the Deep Performance Analysis including the report within 2 to 4 business days after the order is placed. We schedule the joint results call right afterwards.
