Automatic article synchronization includes transfer of article information (names, numbers, descriptions, images), product image import via FTP/HTTP, crossselling configuration, variant management with individual pricing, stock synchronization at variant and size levels, and flexible category mapping via warehouse group numbers. Multilingual article details are supported.
Order management automatically exports orders in HIS-XML format with configurable synchronization intervals (e.g., every 10 minutes), flexible mapping of payment and shipping methods, and adjustable export conditions. Real-time status updates include processing of HIS status XML files, tracking number transmission, return handling, and optional automatic refund processing.
Compatible with HIS:WIN and HIS::ASP (all versions) as well as Shopware 6.5 and 6.6. Supports up to 10,000 main articles (~100,000 variants) and up to 100,000 orders daily. Integration typically in 2–5 weeks.
