Profession Fit is a SaaS platform for corporate health management (BGM) and digital health promotion. The platform consolidates health, prevention, and fitness offerings and integrates complex organizational structures for companies and rehabilitation clinics. Clients include Schaeffler and Deutsche Post DHL Group. The software has been awarded the Corporate Health Award from EUPD Research multiple times.
Profession Fit, a SaaS provider for corporate health management, needed a scalable web platform and mobile apps for companies and rehabilitation clinics. Employees needed access to health services, course bookings, and participation in challenges. The solution had to support complex organizational structures with multi-tenancy, be available in 25+ languages, and meet the highest security standards — including deployment in medical facilities with corresponding data protection requirements.
We developed a comprehensive platform with a media library of 430+ video workouts (delivered via Bunny CDN), smart challenges with gamification, secure messaging on German servers, and integrated telehealth capabilities. The Apple Watch integration was developed in direct collaboration with Apple Deutschland's Health & Fitness team.
AI-powered translation enables 25+ languages with a "best-match" algorithm for automatic language detection. The infrastructure runs redundantly across two Hetzner data centers with Layer 7 load balancing, daily encrypted backups, WAF, IDS, and DDoS protection. A 2024 penetration test by ETAS Group (Bosch) found zero security-relevant vulnerabilities.
Since late 2016, GOLLE IT serves as external CTO ("CTO as a Service"), guiding Profession Fit from strategic technology planning through development to ongoing operations.
The platform has grown from a startup to a leading provider in corporate health management, serving rehabilitation clinics and the corporate health sector. Awarded multiple Corporate Health Awards by EUPD Research. GOLLE IT has been Profession Fit's technology partner since 2016.
